His Majesty King Ciaran II & III of Thebes (born Ciaran Francis MacDonagh), briefly known as Ptolemy II Alexander II and currently known as Prince Ciaran of Wilcsland has been both a vassal King and co-ruler, and is currently heir-apparent, to his brother King Ptolemy I Helios I.
Thebes[]
The title King of Thebes had been carried by the King of Moylurg since November 2003, and the office was not in use to any practical political effect. However, the King Declan decided that his heir - the then Crown Prince Ciaran - needed to learn how to rule Moylurg. The King decided to make Thebes into a vassal state and place his younger sibling and heir as vassal king. He crowned his brother His Majesty King Ciaran II & III the King of Thebes with the remains of the old crown of South Bank.
Ciaran was dethroned on 1 May 2010 along with Laura I of Moylurg. Declan I saw that Ciaran had not done anything since his coronation. He had already asked Ciaran why he was not doing anything before, but even after many warnings King Ciaran still did nothing to prove himself monarch material, and so was deposed. Because of this he might not become Wilcsland's next monarch.
Wilcsland and Orly[]
On 15 February 2011, Ciaran was appointed co-ruler of the Kingdom of Wilcsland and the Tsardom of Orly, assuming the new regnal name of Ptolemy II Alexander II (Ptolemy Alexander I in Orly) and ruling alongside Declan I, II & V. He replaced Frances I & V of Wilcsland and Orly, but only ruled for a day before he himself was replaced as co-ruler by Queen Berenice I.
